Major Works
Should major works be required we will assist property manager sourcing detailed reports and surveys, we will then accompany them to stakeholder meeting if required and offer impartial expert advise.
We will supply quotes for works to be carried out and source any specialist contractors.
Once the project commences we can offer full Project Management throughout from financial, procurement, site management, Health & Safety and CDM
